At Glerups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wool shoes. If they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn Glerups in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
